At PiccolinoBaby, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure every purchase brings a smile to your family through a seamless and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package the Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and protective liners are still in place.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
